My expertise
My talent is in developing training programmes for employers that are value added. Having worked in colleges and delivered work based learning I know what works and what doesn’t. I have the ability to marry technology with training to deliver the most appropriate solution. Management and business improvement are where my specific skills lie and together with the work I do with the Chartered Management Institute I can bridge the gap between academia and business.
A little bit about my past
I have worked in a variety of business sectors from retail to financial services. Most recently I have been developing employer programmes for work based learning. I lead technology introduction into the learning arena. As the Chair of the Chartered Management Institute for Wessex I have a passion for management training and development, and am proud of my achievements in turning CMI Wessex into the proactive organisation it is today.
