Manage the Marketing for Universal Engineering, The RANGER Armoured vehicle and also sister company, Griffon Hoverwork based in Southampton

My expertise:

Identifying and developing new markets. Organising trade shows and marketing campaigns working to tight budgets and therefore being creative to make the most of what spend is available. Getting others to work together for the benefit of all involved.

A little bit about my past:

Having left secondary education and gone straight into work, I found my way into retail at an early age. Thanks to a work ethic bred into me by my parents I soon cracked on and was managing a retail outlet at age 18. By 21 I had secured my first sales job and then spent the next 15 years progressing my career through a number of companies to become National Account Manager with my own sales team by 30. In my 40’s I moved into the defence market and was asked to take on my first Marketing role with G3 Systems based on Portland which in turn led to my role at Universal and Griffon.
