I’m good at problem solving; mostly people and processes, but I have done technical.  I’m brilliant at developing organisational communication where I thrive on the challenge of getting the message across face to face and electronically.  Oh, and I am a qualified project manager.

A little bit about my past

It’s no secret that I am proud that I have spent most of my life in the military; latterly technical with a training development slant, working with new equipment and defence contractors.  I developed an interest in Lean when working in process support and development for the British Army Recruiting Group.  Thinking about it I realised that I had been pushing the ‘lean’ agenda all my managerial life… back then we just called it being efficient!

love the outdoors, that’s what drew me to the military life.  Now, as always, I spend as much time as I can outside where my interests in natural history, growing my own food and sustainability are naturally at home.
